I had an absolutely wonderful time at the hotel, which really felt like a luxurious retreat. The staff greeted us warmly and made us feel special throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we loved the beautiful surrounding nature. However, my experience at the spa was disappointing, especially given the high price of services and lack of convenience when it came to meals and treatments. Overall, a great stay, but I wouldn't recommend the spa.
